Customize email to accompany proofs

PLEASE create the ability to send comments along with a proof when sending to a client. We often need a proof to be accompanied by several questions/comments to ensure compliance.

Without this, we are forced to send emails outside of the system regarding proofs which completely defeats the purpose of sending proofs through WF.
