Custom Email notification on completion of task to custom receipients

We need to enable custom emails on completion of a task to custom recipients - for example, the same 10 people noted in the email template

    A notification field similar to the one that exists but with a specific trigger - in this case, completion of the task. This would be great. Especially if we could set different recipients for different triggers.
