Cross-Reference Functionality for Reports

I would like to be able to cross-reference reports when filtering for certain information. For example, I could open a user report and ask it to filter for users mentioned on a specific request report. This functionality would depend, of course, on the fact that the request report had already been created and that it contained a list of users.

Often, my department wants to look at the same information from different vantage points. Being able to cross-reference our reports would cut down on report creation time, as well as create new report options that either are not currently available or which require heavy text-mode edits to create.
