Creating updates and logging time and updating percentages on tasks.

I have a project with 25 tasks and each task has one resource assigned to it. Is there a way for one resource to not be able to make an update, change the percentage, log time to someone elses tasks.

Is shawn is assigned task one, is there a way that jeff cannot come into that task and change the percentage complete of task one. Jeff is not assigned that task, is not part of that task and has nothing to do with task one.

    Hi Shawn,

    Provided Jeff is not a SysAdmin, you might consider setting Jeff's sharing to "View" (vs Contribute or Manage) on the Tasks in question, and/or writing a "Naughty List" report that shows any Tasks Assigned to Jeff but Last Updated by Jeff.
