Creating Report to show folders on Templates

Does anyone know if it's possible to generate a report to show what folders are in the document section of templates? We're doing a cleanup and want to see what is currently in the system. Some templates have folders for Admin, Creative Docs, Scoping Docs, etc.

I created an automation that copies the the template folder names to a custom text field on the Template/Project form.
