Creating a Proof/Document report within a Project

Hi All,

 

Running into a bit of an issue creating either a proof approval, or document report that only captures items associated with the project.  The plan is to attach this report to the project left panel to show users the status of proofs associated with this project.  I've been able to do this with other project reports (custom form fields) but I can't get the report to stop displaying proofs from every proof in our instance of Workfront, and not just the proofs within the project.  I've tried removing filters that may affect the report but no luck yet.
