Create Task/Issue from Comment

Prior to 18.2, on all comments there was a button called "Task", next to the "Like" button. Clicking on the "Task" button opened a dialog box to create a task/issue. Once completed, the comment referenced the newly created task/issue in the thread. Please add back this feature. Thanks.
