"Create New User from Selected" functionality missing

Until recently, on the Users page, you could select the checkbox next to a user name and select "New from Selected" from the "New User" dropdown to clone the settings of the account of the selected person for a new user. I don't see that option any more in the dropdown. Has this functionality been removed from the system?

Disregard. I found the feature now by clicking the double-square icon to the right of the pencil.
