Create multiple projects from single Issue/Request

Users have high-priority need to take a Request that has been converted to a Project (using a specific template) and create a second project (with a different template) out of the original Issue/Request.

Users would be able to browse from Request list and see all projects created from original request.

Answering the November question about alternatives, since it's been sitting: yes — this is buildable today with Fusion, and I've delivered it in production for a creative team whose requests each carry multiple assets.

The pattern sidesteps the one-resolving-object limit rather than fighting it: instead of using the native convert action, a Fusion scenario watches the request queue, and on approval it creates a project directly for each asset indicated on the request — each one named per naming guidelines, staffed by business rules, and scheduled from the asset type's SLA. Twenty multi-asset requests a week run through it; projects are live within a minute of approval.

Since the projects aren't created through convert, you do give up the native resolving-object link — plan for how you want request-to-project traceability reported before you build, not after.

Full write-up of the delivered build, including when I'd advise against automating intake at all: https://thousandcuts.ai/guides/creative-request-intake-automation
