Create a report or view that lists who a portfolio has been shared with and what level access they have.

I know how to add a column to show everyone that a portfolio is shared with but I am hoping there is a way to also list the access level they were given. I need a quick way to view all portfolios and ensure they have been shared with all of the correct users and that those users were given the correct access level. (view, manage and whether Delete was checked or unchecked etc). Is there a way to do this?
