Create a proof using Fusion module isn't as straightforward as I'd expected!

Hello lovey community,

I've been scratching my head around using the Workfront Proof module in Fusion to create a "interactive proof":

Basically I am trying to replicate this step in Fusion:

The "Create Proof" module is the one I've been experimenting but it kept complaining the name and sourceName are missing.

Been checking and reading through documentation: Workfront Proof modules | Adobe Workfront but it hasnt been super helpful. I feel some key information is still missing.

Has anyone got any success in doing so?
