Copy templates from a list

Description - I would like to be able to copy a template from a list (or report) just as you can with projects

Why is this feature important to you - This saves multiple clicks and ensures that our project templates are always set up appropriately.

How would you like the feature to work - With a project list you can select the project and in the more menu "copy" is available. From there you can edit accordingly. I would like this exact option for lists of templates

Current Behaviour - Open the template from the list and navigate to the more menu to select copy
