[CLOSED] - Allow users to be tagged within a proof before opening

In the past, there was functionality available that let any user that had a task within a Project to be tagged within the corresponding proofs by using the @ symbol before they opened the document. It now appears that the user assigned to the task must first open the proof before they are able to be tagged. This makes it difficult when teams are trying to communicate questions, etc. with those who have not yet opened the proof. I would like to suggest that this option be added back to the proofing tool.
