Checklist in Workfront without Using a Board

Greetings All - I'm looking to create a checklist inside of Workfront, but not attached to a Board. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that?

I thought about making a Custom Form that's attached to a task with individual items to check off once they are done. However, there are character limits to those options when they are displayed. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You! Deb

correct. If the checklist items don't need to be in order, then they don't need any predecessors... but if they need to be in a certain order, you have that functionality available to you as well. And unless you need to prove out capacity, you could probably just assign the person to the parent task.

I think in the new home, you can even mark each task as "done". You'd have to check that though, I haven't really played around with it very much.

can the task have subtasks that are the items to be checked off?

Absolutely! So do you mean marking each subtask as 100% which indicates they are done?
