When costing a project, does anyone know how to set up a separate margin on expenses assigned to a task that is different than the margins that are set for labour costs? For example, if I create a project plan and have set my financials to give me fees of labour + 25% margin but I only want to charge 10% on any expenses, how would I do this?

I am not aware of any native solution for what you are trying to accomplish. If assistance is needed to find recommendations or solutions to make this work, you will want to reach out to your Account Executive, so they can assist you with getting some time scheduled with our Professional Services team.
This may also be better suited as a product enhancement as well. As we are always trying to improve the Workfront experience, I would recommend submitting this as a product enhancement via our Innovation Lab. You can access the Innovation Lab through the Community tab in Experience League. Click on Workfront and then choose Ideas.
