Change the color of the Percent Complete progress bar?

Does anyone know if it's possible to change the color of the Percent Complete progress bar on projects/task views and reports? I've tried various text mode codes but the only thing it seems you can do is change the color of the text or the background using conditional formatting, but not the blue bar itself.
