Change team queue behavior

At my organization, we have several shared tasks within project schedules. The users on these tasks are half individual assignments and half team queues. When teams assign users from their team queues, it will remove the original “primary assignee” on the step. I would love to see this logic removed from shared tasks as it causes many issues for the way that teams operate.
