Carry Over Proofing Comments to New Versions

Our workflow would greatly benefit from being able to keep Proofing Comments on future versions until they are marked as Resolved or Unactioned. This would allow for conversations to continue and reviewers to quickly see the thread without having to flip back several versions or searching through the document updates
