Cannot delete a document with comments?

News to me: suddenly, trying to delete a document that has comments/updates or proof comments, fails. It instead generates a red-popup error "Database error: BizContext commit failed!" Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know if this is normal? I uh.... kinda like it... so I'm not sure I want anyone to fix it. -skye

Hi @Skye Boardman I tested this out and found I was able to delete the document, regardless of whether it had updates or proof comments on it... Barbara Barbara Sedlack BMO Financial Group

I was getting an error message trying to delete unneeded proofs. I wonder if this is related? Let me know what you find out. Connie Connie Sutherland, CPPM BSC

@Connie Sutherland will do. in the meantime, do your unneeded proofs have comments on them? If so, I would definitely try deleting those comments first and then see if you can delete the proof. -skye
