Can’t link community profile?

Hey all ~ hoping the hive of mind can help!  

This is my community profile. I’ve had my personal and professional community profile links. However I am no longer with my former company. Now I don’t seem to have a profile at all?

how would I get support in updating the address to my former profile to my new address?

 

I hate to lose almost a decade worth of contributions!
