Can't find Ref # Using Global Search

Hi WF Community, There seems to be certain projects, tasks, and issues whereby when I use their reference #'s in the global search bar they don't return results. However, if I go into the Advacned Search feature, the system finds these records. Has anyone experienced this, and do you know what causes this? Thanks. Nick Nick Valeriote

Hey Nick, Normal search is not working at the moment. This is a noted issue on Workfront trust and they are working on it. "https://trust.workfront.com/" https://trust.workfront.com/ Normally what you're doing should return results. Hope that helps! Parker Cantu
