Need to create a calculated field to count child task of a specific task

Example under the task “asset”, we have a list of assets such as “banner”, “Video”, “Print” etc.

Not sure if this help, but there’s a built in field for this that can be added to views, reports etc.

    We actually need the count of children of a specific task to calculate the complexity, and having it in a view will not be much of a help; instead, we need it in the custom field.
