Calculated field for Project Name
We would love to see the functionality added to pre-populate a Project's Name into a calculated field. This would eliminate the need for Project naming conventions and user error when entering a Project's Name. The name would be calculated from the request path with the Issue's Reference Number as the unique identifier.
Request Queue = A
Topic Queue = BB
Queue Topic = CCC
If the client chose those options, the project name would auto populate with something like, “REFERENCE ID_A_BB_CCC”.
