Calculate Sales Tax in Workfront

How do you calculate sales tax in Workfront? Do I need to create a custom form and then figure out the logic? I'm sure that someone has already done this - calculated sales tax on projects. I would appreciate any tips or documentation on how to accomplish this. Thanks!
