bulk-add custom dashboards to programs

Hi--I'm very new to Workfront. I gather that you can't template the creation of programs (as you can with projects). I do see that you can use a kick-start to batch-upload programs. Is there a way--either in the kick-start process or after the programs have been uploaded--to bulk-add a custom dashboard to the programs, or does the dashboard have to be added manually to each program? Thanks!
