Budgeted Hours/Budgeted Revenue Reporting?

Hi !

I am attempting to report on budgeted hours along with budgeted revenue per resource, but am running out of luck... On the "Utilization" report, I can do this at a project, portfolio, program level but not user. On the resource planned, I can't add in the revenue. We need those to things in additional to user utilization/allocation so I've also attempted custom forms and again, no luck.. Please tell me someone has figured out something!
