Bridging data from different portfolios in the same WF Instance

Question

Any ideas of suggestions on how I can merge data from two different portfolios. Various portfolios were setup at different times as each group migrated into WF so we are working a bit backwards.

Portfolio 1 - intakes submitted - converted into project with work being sent out to various groups. unique custom fields for data points.

Portfolio 2 - intake submitted -remains intake - work from portfolio 1 submitted as intake (but really a step in the project). unique custom fields for data points.

There are some fields across the two portfolios that contain the same data (sadly they are different custom fields).

I can’t figure out how to link the data from these portfolios in one seamless process to provide leadership with a holistic report view of where everything is in the process.

Hi ​@DanaLa3, to merge data from two different fields, I would use Fusion to copy data from “old” fields to “new” fields. Then, once the data has been moved, I would move projects from one portfolio to the other one and hide the old fields.
