Better UX for Resource Planning

I know we are in the process of rolling out a new UI for resource planning and the ideas coming down the 'pike are great.

At the same time can we reduce the number of clicks it takes to get to the capacity planner? It takes 5 clicks to get to the capacity planner from the default pages. People --> Resource Planning --> Resource Pools --> [resource pool] --> Capacity Planner

It would be nice to have a smoother design and easier interface to access the functionality
