Best Way to Manage Integration Service Account in Workfront

Hi All,

Brainstorming some way to manage the Integration Service Account in Workfront. As we are slowly moving from API Keys to OAuth2 Authentication. It would be interesting to know what the best practice or approach to manage it.

I notice for OAuth2 Authentication can only create up to a total of 10 OAuth2 Applications, and this would be an issue as we might be exceeding it.
