Automatically close task based on duration

Hello, I would like to add a task within our projects that closes 10-15 min after the handoff date. I tried experimenting with the task constraints and tracking mode, but it doesn't seem to work properly. I believe these go off the planned completion date which doesn't take account for tasks that close early or late. For whatever reason, the projected start date doesnt match when a previous task is closed or cancelled, it can add hours or days even know the previous task was closed early.

Is there a way to set a task to auto close x amount of time after the handoff date? I am doing this to allow fusion to run and add/remove tasks based on selections made in previous tasks. Sometimes users make selections and then close their task too quickly not giving the system enough time to process.
