Automatically assign Proof Workflow to document

Hello, So i'm playing around with the automated workfrlows within the proofing tool, and they could be useful but not if users have to select the workfrlow - because well they never will. Is there any way to automatically assign the proofing workflow once the document is uploaded (and auto generated). I'd like to be able to control this at the specific project level, so that any document uploaded to an issue on said project would automatically have the appropriate approval workflow.
