Attaching a New Template to an existing Project need to be tracked and logged via updates

When you attach a new template to an existing project it makes the changes as one would expect but there is no record of this occurring.

I would consider this a bit of a security issue and so do a number of teams I work with.

An update should be made to track any changes.

Reporting wise and in the longer term would it be possible to have a more robust recording of this.
