When you @mention a team in the Updates section of a project, does the comment appear in the @mention widget? I tested this, and the comment only shows up in my notifications.
Also, do only individual @mentions (not team @mentions) appear in the @mention widget?
I’m able to see team comments in the widget. If you are having issues it might be a bug and support might be able to answer you on your specific instance issues you are having.
There isn’t a way to edit what appears in the widget so not many things I could walk you through troubleshooting other than verifying the user is on the team.
