Hi Everyone,

I created an Assignment Report to view current projects for a selected users are working on. The report works as expected for admins, but I’m running into an issue the a non-admin user is unable to view the

Project >> Line of Business column

Issue

  • The report includes a column: Project >> Line of Business

  • When I (admin) view the report, the Line of Business values display correctly

  • When a non-admin views the same report (no filter/view changes), the entire Line of Business column is blank

 

What I’ve already tried

  • Verified no filters, prompts, or views are changing between users

  • Used Text Mode to reference the Project field directly

  • Set Report Settings → “Run this report with the access rights of” an admin user
    → The column is still blank for non-admin users

I appreciate any guidance or insight on this issue!

Hi ​@SamanthaBr5 ,

Can you check if the field is visible to non-admin users in project details? I am guessing either the field is added to section that is only visible to admins or the form/field itself is not shared with non-admin users (you should be able to check this in form-builder).
