Assigned tasks not moving into relevant peoples task list

Some people have reported that when tasks have been assigned to their job role the task is not actually going across to their work list. I have checked they are set up correctly and cannot see anything obvious that is not correct.

    Hi Leanne - Only tasks assigned to a person go to their Work List in home. Just assigning the job role wouldn't do that. Just a job role means the task is unassigned.
