As a SysAdmin the ability to create cloned user from the 'My Info' screen

The ability to create a new account based on a current user - via their My Info screen.

I know currently this can be performed via the Peoples Tab. But with 1000+ users it is extremely cumbersome and slow to navigate to said user and then click Create user From...
