Approver based off dropdown box

I'm trying to make a form/approval workflow that based off a dropdown box will choose which way the form approval goes. The form has a department dropdown box, which is called 'Cost Centre'. The approver needs to change based off which department is picked, not just the manager of the person. I can't see a way to do this. Simon Pearce
