Approve on behalf of in print summary

Currently, someone with edit rights can go to the proof details screen and change the decision of any approver.

Clicking on 'Activity' shows the decision was made on behalf of (e.g. 'Approved' by Mary on behalf of Bob). The print summary however just shows approved by Bob.

I'd like the print summary to have the same information as displayed in the activity log.
