Anyone using Workfront Goals across their organization willing to share their experience?

Hi,

My organization is considering Workfront Goals but we are looking at an enterprise-wide implementation, not just specific to our Marketing and Creative teams. Want to align our fellow departments on our company goals and provide visibility into the effort towards those goals to the Executive Team.

We are a women's fashion retailer (catalog and online channels) - but we have a Sourcing team, Product Design team, Merchandising team, Inventory and Planning team who contribute towards the goals alongside Marketing and Creative.

Wondering what are best practices for such an implementation. Thanks in advance!
