Anyone know why the default landing page isn't updating with users in the new experience?

I have work license users who have access to projects and have been assigned to tasks. Their personal preferences AND the layout template have designated that "Projects" should be the default page, but it keeps going to "Requests" and does not even update the pinned pages I added to the layout.

Really frustrating as we're attempting to roll out more users to the NWE.

Any help is appreciated.

    Hey Nathan and Amy,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with the landing page in NWE.

    My recommendation would be to at first check the Layout Templates assignments priority, as the Layout Templates assigned to users have the following applying priority:

    1. Individual user
    2. Primary job role
    3. Home team
    4. Home group

    If that doesn't help, please feel free to submit a support ticket, so that a product team can solve the problem.
