Any way to make General Overhead hour type not "Count as Revenue"

. I’d like to report on how many revenue-generating hours we spend vs non-revenue hours. For most hour types, I can change them from “count as revenue” or not. However, one that gets used a fair bit, is “General Overhead” which is set to “counts as revenue” (unintuitively, if you ask me) and I can’t change that one. Our users are posting non-revenue time to it and I’d rather change the setting than change their behavior, since I agree with them, General Overhead doesn’t sound like billable work.

mdeancherry, as that is a default built-in system item you can’t change it to be non revenue, unfortunately. what you could do as a workaround is create a new hour type for general work and make it non revenue then go into your timesheet profiles and make sure the system General Overhead is removed from the profiles and your new item for General Work is input instead...that would give you want you need going forward….as a though.
