Any guidance how to add more data for drop down menu in Custom form? Please...........

Hi,

I have data more than 200 hundred, and for all of individual it is very hard to create 200 choices in custom form to select while submitting

an issue. Since, it is very time consuming to create 200 choices manually.

How to create many choices, visible in custom form during submitting issue. We have 200 such article number and also few changes during every year.

Could be extremely helpful if any workable suggestion?
