Allow the use of decimals in Proof Measuring Tool

Agree 100% - dragging a box and trying to hit on decimal points is way more time consuming then simply entering dimensions into a measurement field. Why would this functionality be removed when it was working perfectly before???

Exact measurements are extremely critical! I loved being able to put in decimals to quickly check for size accuracy. That feature was a must for those tasked with reviewing final art. Very difficult, and not always possible to accurately check using the box - especially when checking odd sizes, live areas, margins, short folds, bleeds, etc.
