This would be a great functionality that would allow more efficient communication versus uploading to the Documents section of an Issue or Task and then making sure to point it out in the update.

Really, because then we can also save additional communication of updates in MsTeams.

Great news, the ability to add images to the Updates Tab is currently in development. As our engineering teams wrap up this work, we are beginning to plan beta testing with customers. If you are interested in participating, please send your name, organization, and email address to shayan@adobe.com or feel free to post here. If your organization is selected for the beta testing, we will send out communication about the process and host kick-off meetings in the next couple of weeks. I have a question about what functionality was delivered here. The ability to add an image file as an attachment is available but I challenge this being the final solution as it involves more effort to take a screenshot, save it as a file, and then upload the file to the update. Is there a plan to allow users to paste in the captured screenshot rather than going through the additional steps to attach an image file to an update?
