Allow new RESOURCE SCHEDULING area to use terminology defined in layout templates

Love the new resource scheduling area, but it does not use the terminology as defined in the user layout templates. This causes a lot of confusion. I understand not updating applications that are scheduled for deprecation, but the terminology overrides should be included in newly deployed applications I would think.
