Allow filtering on Rich Text fields

When trying to create a report filter, Rich Text fields do not show up as options to filter on. So for example if you have a rich text field called "Challenges", you can't set up a report that filters for projects where the Challenges field is not blank.

    Our team is looking for similar functionality. We use rich text fields where the text entered could be complicated, and the one entering it may wish to offer visual emphasis. It would be highly useful to be able to filter rich text fields in reports as if they were plain text.

    i.e. "Sample text here" should work in a "contains" filter for "sample".

    This is probably harder than it seems but it's still needed. If they can programmatically separate the content from the formatting code, it'll be do-able.
