AI Assistant Prompt Limitations

I am really struggling with AI Assistant prompts.  I think I am asking basic question like "How many tasks are in team's backlog (I provide the exact name of the team)?"  It gave me an answer of 20 and I know there is 383. 

 

If I ask it "how many tasks are assigned to a certain user"  - this is a question that is in your Best Practices guide - it gave me an error message for the person I selected and when I did it for me, it only provides 20 tasks (because it is truncated).  Why is this happening?

 

I also do not think it recognizes custom fields - we have a field called Resources Requested and AI Assistant does not recognize it.  When will this be available?

    Hi there, this would be great feedback to submit in-app. At the bottom of the Assistant, there is a link to submit feedback. I encourage you to submit these examples there so the product team sees it. It's in beta so of course they are still working on it/it's evolving all the time.
