I’m just wondering where your teams are getting the best value out of the AI assistant in Workfront. I’m not getting much feedback so far from our user base - I’d love to hear where it’s showing time efficiencies for your users

great question. To level set, we do not use Adobe for marketing activities; we use it to support the operational running of our company.

The AI Assistant in Workfront is primarily used by Sys Admins and Group Admins, mainly to assist with Text Mode and other technical or configuration-related challenges. When it was first introduced, users were excited—largely due to the novelty factor. However, that enthusiasm has faded, and usage has largely gone quiet.

What users were really hoping for was AI support to help them work more effectively within Workfront—improving task execution and day-to-day productivity. As of today, the AI Assistant doesn’t meaningfully support those needs. Where it does provide some value is around project health (when well configured), project status insights, and identifying open issues.

I do think Adobe’s direction with AI has the potential to deliver more user-facing value over time, but for now, you’re definitely not alone in seeing limited excitement or impact among end users.
