Hello! I am wondering if there is a setting to allow members of the team to edit custom form fields in the backlog view. I have set up the view to include custom fields and need them to be able to update from the backlog view. I am able to do it as an admin, but my planners are not able. They have to open the issue, open the custom form and edit.
Do they have manage access to the project(s) the items in the backlog are in? If so you'd need to edit from Stories or Issues tabs of the backlog. More documentation here:
"You can edit stories directly from the Stories or Issues tabs on the Backlog as you would edit any tasks or issues within a project in bulk, as described in Edit tasks in bulk in Edit tasks, and Edit issues."
