Agency/Scope Management in Workfront

We currently use Decideware ScopeManager in addition to Workfront.  How do you all manage marketing agency scope of work and budgets?  Is there a way to capture all of this Workfront?

    I'm not 100% sure what Decideware ScopeManager accomplishes, but in the Portfolio you can set things like budgets for all the relevant project and track that there in the portfolio manager.
